The Marketing & Sales Lead sits at the centre of strategy, delivery, and communication, leading end-to-end marketing and sales activity for a live ticketed event. This role is responsible for driving audience growth, ticket sales, and brand impact through integrated, data-led campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.
Working closely with internal teams, external agencies, artist and international partners, you will own campaign strategy from ideation through to post-show reporting, ensuring creative excellence, commercial outcomes, and strong stakeholder relationships.
This is a two-month project commitment that will include the lead up into performance week and post-show reporting.

Campaign Strategy & Delivery
Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns for a two night concert of a high profile Artist.
Own digital-first campaign strategy across paid media, social, search, email, websites, and content
Oversee print and outdoor advertising, including posters, flyers, programmes, and signage
Optimise media spend and campaign performance against ticket sales and audience targets
Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and ROI
Sales & Performance
Lead sales strategy and inventory management for the concert
Analyse ticketing and audience data to inform campaign decisions and optimise performance
Generate and distribute weekly sales reports and post-show campaign reports
Translate insights into clear, commercially compelling recommendations
Content, PR & Partnerships
Lead PR strategy, schedules, and execution in collaboration with PR agency and artist management team
Brief, approve, and manage creative content across campaigns
Oversee copywriting for advertising, eDMs, websites, and promotional materials
Manage content approvals with artist management and partners
Ensure partnership and sponsorship agreements are delivered in line with commitments
Stakeholder & Agency Management
Act as the primary point of contact for external marketing and PR agencies
Lead and influence internal teams across marketing, content, PR, and digital
Manage relationships with international and domestic stakeholders across time zones
Represent the organisation professionally during rehearsals, load-ins, and performances

You are a senior marketing leader with extensive experience in live entertainment and ticketed events. You balance creativity with commercial acumen and are comfortable leading complex, high-profile campaigns with multiple stakeholders. You are a hands-on operator that has the ability to make efficient decisions always seeking to improve campaign results.
Essential Experience & Skills
10+ years’ experience in theatrical, live entertainment, or high-profile content marketing
Proven leadership of full-cycle marketing campaigns from strategy to post-show reporting
Strong experience across digital advertising, social, email, web, and SEO
Excellent copywriting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated success leading agencies and cross-functional teams
Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn data into action
Confidence working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Nice to Have
Experience coordinating international marketing and localisation
Strong financial acumen, including budget and P&L responsibility
Working knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Squarespace, Monday.com, Microsoft Office Suite, TM1
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
